Quick help

  1. Choose Open documents and select one or more files from Files or Finder.
  2. Select a document in the private session list to read its content.
  3. Open or save payloads listed under Extracted files.
  4. New users can open their first supported document free. Existing users keep their three-document allowance. Each invoice inside a ZIP, ASiC, DDOC, email or PEC counts as one document, and reopening the same document does not use another free opening.
  5. EU Document Pro (monthly, yearly, Lifetime or a 7-day pass) unlocks unlimited opening, readable PDF export and batch PDF ZIP export.
  6. Use Restore purchases after reinstalling or changing devices with the same eligible Apple Account.

Supported formats

FatturaPA and FSM10, UBL 2.1 and Peppol BIS, XRechnung, UN/CEFACT CII, Factur-X/ZUGFeRD, Facturae, KSeF FA(2)/FA(3), Finvoice, ISDOC/ISDOCX, ebInterface, e-SLOG 2.0, Svefaktura, OIOUBL and EHF invoices; P7M/P7S, TSD/M7M, ASiC, BDOC, EDOC, DDOC, ZIP, EML/PEC and Outlook MSG containers; PDF and generic XML. Files are limited to 25 MB each for safety.

The signature check runs offline and is not an official validation. Signatures are checked against the EU trusted lists bundled in the app; revocation is checked only when the signature includes revocation data. Detached P7S signatures are not paired with their original file. For legal purposes, use an official validation service such as the EU DSS validation service or the AgID verifier.

When you contact us

Include the app version, device and OS version, format name, and exact error message. Do not attach confidential documents. Prefer a synthetic or fully redacted sample you are authorized to share.

Aiuto rapido

  1. Scegli Apri documenti e seleziona uno o più file da File o Finder.
  2. Seleziona un documento nella sessione privata per leggerne il contenuto.
  3. Apri o salva gli elementi elencati in File estratti.
  4. I nuovi utenti possono aprire gratuitamente il primo documento supportato. Gli utenti esistenti mantengono le tre aperture gratuite. Ogni fattura contenuta in uno ZIP, ASiC, DDOC, un’email o una PEC conta come un documento e riaprire lo stesso documento non consuma un’altra apertura gratuita.
  5. EU Document Pro (mensile, annuale, Lifetime o pass di 7 giorni) sblocca aperture illimitate, esportazione PDF ed esportazione ZIP in blocco.
  6. Usa Ripristina acquisti dopo una reinstallazione o su un altro dispositivo con lo stesso Apple Account idoneo.

Per sicurezza, il limite è di 25 MB per file.

La verifica della firma avviene offline e non è una validazione ufficiale. Le firme vengono verificate con le liste di fiducia UE incluse nell’app; la revoca viene controllata solo quando la firma include i dati di revoca. Le firme P7S separate non vengono abbinate al file originale. A fini legali usa un servizio di validazione ufficiale, come il servizio di validazione DSS dell’UE o il verificatore AgID.

Indica versione dell’app, dispositivo e sistema operativo, formato e messaggio di errore esatto. Non allegare documenti riservati. Usa un esempio sintetico o completamente anonimizzato che sei autorizzato a condividere.
